What is impound car insurance?
Impound insurance is a short-term insurance policy that lasts for 30 days, allowing you to get your car released from a Police Impound.
Why do I need it?
Standard car insurance does not normally offer the cover required to release your vehicle from an impound. Impounded cars are seen as high risk by insurers and finding an insurer who will cover an impounded cars can be difficult, not to mention expensive. Impound car insurance provides the short-term cover you need to get your car back.
