If any form of our service is not up to standard, please give us the opportunity to address it, by sending an email to complaints@policywave.co.uk or by completing the form below and emailing our Complaints Department. We aim to acknowledge receipt of your complaint by close of business on the next working day.

Some clients are able to take unresolved complaints to the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS).
